I have a Gateway laptop Windows Vista when I had the great speed with AT & T has worked well. Then I had to switch to dial-up, then back to DSL with Earthlink. Now when I try to stop things like Netflix or some other type of video imaging and run continuously shelves and nerve to try something that is stopping in the middle of a conversation to see. What can I do, including the purchase of fine tuning and software issues are always the same, the registry errors, what does this mean?
