They can not be cured. In my home state of Washington, the government is doing everything to "help" these people, and the alternative sentence reduction, education and therapy and can save homeless sex offenders. They can not be cured. They can be safely reintroduced into society. Luckily for them, their victims past and future victims of our society as a whole if they exported, if they were convicted.
